Our studio offers a versatile, welcoming environment designed to support creativity, movement, and instruction. Conveniently located in the industrial area of Grover Beach, our space is easily accessible and ideal for dance instructors, choreographers, music and theater programs, as well as yoga, pilates, and fitness professionals.

New! Music Room Rentals

Pulse Studio is excited to offer dedicated spaces for music instruction, including a 9’ x 7’ room ideal for private voice, guitar, or instrumental lessons, and a larger 10’ x 18’ room well-suited for keyboard instruction, private lessons, and small group music classes. Rooms are rented on a regularly allotted, monthly time-slot basis, with access to a locked storage area available as needed for instruments and teaching materials. Contact us for more information.

Policies

General Policies

  • Minimum rental session: 1 hour

  • Rental must be paid at time of booking confirmation

  • Studio facilities may be shared unless the full facility is rented.

  • No refunds; credit may be issued with 48-hour cancellation notice

  • Card or ACH payments incur a 3% processing fee

  • Rescheduling is subject to a $5 change fee

  • Certain types of bookings may require cleaning or security deposit

 

Package Rentals

  • Packages include 4–5 rentals within a one-month period

  • Rental term begins on the first booked session and runs for one month

  • All sessions must be the same duration

  • Sessions may occur on different days or times

  • Card or ACH payments incur a 3% processing fee

  • Rescheduling is subject to a $5 change fee

 

Long-Term Rentals

  • Ideal for ongoing classes and regularly scheduled rehearsals

  • Sessions must repeat weekly on the same day(s) and time(s)

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months

  • Payments collected on the 1st of each month

  • Card or ACH payments incur a 3% processing fee

  • Rescheduling is subject to a $5 change fee

  • Credit available for holidays or vacations with one month advance notice

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the first month’s rent is required to reserve space

  • All payments are non-refundable
