Our team is designed for dancers who are ready to challenge themselves, stay committed, and be part of something bigger than themselves. Whether this is your first time auditioning or you’ve been with us before, we’re honored to have you take this step with us.
Cost to audition is $30 paid cash, Venmo (@PulseStudioArts) or on your current account. Sibling discount available.

Pulse Competition Team
The Pulse Studio of the Arts Competition Team is designed for dancers who are passionate about growing in both technique and performance while being part of a supportive and driven team environment. Our award-winning competition team works with dancers beginning at age 6 and provides opportunities for students to challenge themselves artistically while developing confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
Each season, our dancers attend 2–4 regional competitions and a national competition, giving them the opportunity to perform, receive feedback from industry professionals, and gain valuable stage experience. Our choreography is created in collaboration with award-winning choreographers, helping our dancers grow through high-quality instruction and creative artistry.
We believe that excellence in dance should exist alongside a healthy balance in our dancers’ lives. Our team operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule, with occasional weekend rehearsals when additional preparation is needed. This structure allows dancers to train at a high level while still having time for school, family, faith, and other activities that contribute to well-rounded lives.
We are proud to offer a solo program that promotes individuality for our dancers. Solos often include attending extra competitions and dedicated time each week to perfecting their routine.
Competition team members train in both technique and performance during their regularly scheduled classes, building the strength, versatility, and artistry needed to succeed on stage. While our team is proud of its competitive achievements, our greatest goal is to cultivate a genuine love and passion for dance.
At Pulse Studio of the Arts, we encourage each dancer to discover their own unique strengths and pursue their individual path on their dance journey while being supported by a team that celebrates hard work, growth, and creativity.
